Joined Kotzen with both my young kids in January and we have been having a blast ever since. Sensei's Jeff and Vanessa are very skilled, friendly and helpful. They encourage everyone to work at their own pace and level and are great at facilitating the learning process to get us all moving forwards. I have nothing but kind words to say about the Sensei's and the Dojo and recommend you attend, regardless of your age or fitness level you'll learn something and have plenty of fun doing it!
