Mike Hogan plumbing did an outstanding job during a very cold spell. We returned home after a long vacation on Jan. 30, 2019 and had no water - frozen pipes and a break where the water intake is (city water intake valve was turned off, thank God) . the frozen pipes were between the water meter and the intake valve - this section couldn't be drained. They fixed the break but the pipes were frozen. They came quickly and his team was very skilled. We now have water.
