Huntsman Tavern

Description

The Huntsman is a fresh take on the Canadian Tavern. It pays homage to the great Canadian North, not only in its name, but also in its support of the bounty that exists in this region.
Inspired by the neighbourhood, the Owners Nic Savage (Redlight) and Saeed Mohamed (BQM Burger) wanted to open a gathering place that combined good food, good drinks and good company. The space was custom designed by Silvana Daddazio to feel like a lodge, using dark blue tones, leather, and wood. The bar is anchored by 6 rotating taps, 1 rotating cask ale and well curated beer, whiskey and cocktail list. Chef Michael Tan, alumni of the Saint Tavern and Oddseoul, cooks Family Farmed Meat and Game fare with traditional North American and European influences using the best ingredients available from local and artisan purveyors.
