At AAR Mortgage Corporation, we provide first, second or third place mortgages for our clients. Interest rates can start as low as 6% for first mortgages and are based on the customer's overall application. Our terms are 1 to 5 years with amortization up to 35 years.
Our policy is to provide our clients with a decision on their application within 24 hours, once all the required information to make that decision is made available.

ago Hi everyone. I have to thank AAR for helping me to actually speak out. I never do a review before. I do check for reviews and i saw all those 5 stars and did gave them a try and now i am here regretting every moment.. i borrowed $8000 and explained that this is a short loan and will repay it back in about a 1year.. i have been paying for about 10 months and went to consolidate all my debts i went for a but out and now the that the buyout is $19700 for a $8000 .. they charged over 9000 for insurance and even though i am paying it out i have to pay for the insurance in full ..please stay away u will regret it . I am pleading to people please... since when u pay insurance as part of a loan... run away from this place.. all these 5 stars comments dont make sense
