Do not rent from the Proprietor of this building. He claims it is a smoke free building but it is not. He harrassess his tenants for issues such as, allowing tenants to smoke in their units as per the grandfather clause, then charges them for smoke damage when they move out. Also, he advertises his building as smoke free to new tenants knowing that he allows smoking in his building. If you chose to rent from this Proprietor be prepared to be harrassed and charged random, made up fees.
