I dropped off a 3 piece suit, and some shirts. When I picked up my clothes my jacket was missing and was replaced with a different one. The jacket I dropped off was a custom Indochino jacket with my name on the inside pocket. The jacket I picked up was a Harry Rosen jacket 3 sizes too big for me and a different color. I've since gone back to try and find my jacket. The only answer I got was "no one else has said they are missing anything" They told me because I did not check my pickup order within 48 hours that I'm SoL. I also asked what would have been done differently if I did check within that 48 hour window, but the manager said she did not have those answers. I asked for the owners contact information but was denied.
