Poor management,show little regard for the employees as people. Operation manager very inept quick to throw underlings under the bus for her errors and shortcomings. Management quick to protect its own despite the fact that the only glue holding the place together are the hard working much more experienced crew in the warehouse and the challenged sales reps who are not given the tools needed to properly do their jobs. Little to no moral amongst the staff who are ignored when expressing shortcomings of management and their failures to provide efficient work environment. They seem to be more interested in creating redundant paper procedures than efficient production procedures.
