Tim Hortons

I went to the Tim's in Oakbank this morning and was treated unbelievably rudely by the older lady working the till around 9am this morning. She was snippy with me because she got my order wrong four times.....bacon not sausage please. I got to hear about how she had to change her screen again, apparently because I wanted my breakfast sandwich on a biscuit. When I go the sandwich is was ice cold and she practically launched it at me across the counter. No thank you or have a nice day. She totally ruined my morning. Maybe the owner should spend a little time training staff about how not to treat customers like garbage. Now I know why the Help Wanted sign is always up. Won't to there again.
