Paul (Kpax) is a consummate professional, with a sense of humour. We totally enjoyed having Paul and Peter (his team) install our TV. Paul came highly recommended to us and we highly add to that recommendation. His attention to detail is evidenced by the meticulous care he took in removing the fireplace mantle and repairing the wall prior to TV install. The team kept everything clean...waste cables and packaging went directly into the garbage. Drywall dust was vacuumed as holes were drilled...so there was no dust anywhere. We took advantage of Paul's obvious audio/video expertise and followed his recommendations in the install. The end result is a beautiful piece of work...the TV is the centrepiece in the room, and cables are hidden. Paul's commitment to customer service came through when he offered to return a sound bar system that we had bought but did not need. Excellent customer service...! Thank you Paul and team, and we will definitely recommend you...!
