Jennifer Sole, President of Living in Harmony Home Health Care Inc., has been a Registered Nurse for over 24 years. Jennifer has been an Emergency Room Nurse for over 20 of those years. In 2008, Jennifer accepted a position in home health care which delivered specialty medicine services to clients. It was during this time that Jennifer truly realized the urgent need for home care within her community, which could offer services that are above and beyond what is currently provided by our health care system. Jennifer is certified in Critical Care, Advanced Life Support, IV Therapies and Specialty Medicine, including Advanced Medical Care. Shannon Morton, Vice President and Director of Client Services at Living In Harmony Home Health Care Inc., is certified in crisis prevention, with over 15 years' experience in the field of sales and marketing—a portion of her career spent working within the home care industry. Shannon has the ability to understand and focus in on the requirements of our clients, match them with a caregiver, and construct a care plan to accommodate any clients' specific needs. Both Jennifer and Shannon have witnessed personally and professionally the devastation, strain and stress of what having an ill loved one can bring upon members of the family. We believe that the quality of care and compassion are just as important as preparing a meal, going on an outing, or just watching over and enjoying the company of your loved ones.
