The Spa owner is thoroughly trained in all aspects of Beauty Care and a variety of other customer centric qualifications. The owner believes in the old adage that says “the customer is King/Queen”. The owner also believes that each customer is different and “one size fits all” concept is no longer valid in the business world. She believes that each client must be treated the way they want to be treated, with care, respect and understanding. She believes that use of tact and diplomacy when dealing with our customers is the best way to make them feel valued and respected. Although the owner has partnered with 5 other business partners, she ensures that she meets each clients personally before and after the service to obtain feedback. She actually personally helps each client to complete the intake form, taking time to explain any item that the client may have concerns about.
