GO ELSEWHERE!!!! Unprofessional; inexperienced. They talk a good game, but fail to deliver. This is a 3rd rate funeral home masquerading with 1st class prices with “discounts”. You will pay with the lousy service from the poor quality of the funeral cards, to the selection of caskets from a catalogue, to overpriced vaults, to the woman manager and juniors on staff whose inexperience, unprofessionalism, and immaturity becomes evident. Previewed a casketed deceased, requested adjustments and day of funeral were told nothing had been done. Pay more, but go elsewhere for peace of mind. You’ll get no serenity from their services.
