I was 6 minutes late for my appointment this morning and after two staff members consulted with each other, I was told there were two other clients that Jonathan was seeing and l would have to reschedule! I asked how long was my appointment for and was told 20 minutes, so l don't understand why there was no time for me and why there would be two others booked at the same time. I was going to reschedule, but the receptionist was taking a long time to find another appointment and l felt awkward, ignored, insulted and frustrated so l said l'll call back and left. This was handled very poorly by the staff and a more professional approach in procedure needs to be put in place. I will not assume this is how your staff is trained and thought the owners/management need to know your staffs' actions. I spent a good portion of my morning to get to my appointment and to be rejected for being 6 minutes late and shunned was quite a severe reaction. Very disappointing to see this poor quality of service.
