so disappointed! left with a DIRTY car with a $36.00 superwash on Saturday Aug 22 2015. I questioned the clean and got the response oh we don't do that... YES YOU DID FOR THE 20 YEARS I have been a loyal customer to this car wash. Never again time to seek out my new detailing shop. The kicker- i specified what i wanted focused on, and it was basic took me less then one minute at home to clean my car and my high end vehicle is 2 weeks old literally just came off the assembly line as a custom order. The founder would be disgusted at what this place has turned into. the last wash I got there I thought it was an off day, nope it was worse this time specifying one area of focus. a simple vacuum. you used to be the best now suds does a better job then a Hamilton legacy business. such a shame. even my windows had soap spots.... so disappointed.
