Hired this company for landscaping and to install flagstone pad in our backyard in 2017. The lawn and stone pad were not graded properly (this was confirmed through a second opinion from another landscaper) resulting in sloping and water pooling at our back door. After we contacted Mr. Singleton, he sent his guys over and they put in an 18 foot gravel French drain at our back door to direct the water away from the house. This is the cheap way out and a total eyesore in our yard. Mr. Singleton now accepts no responsibility for the results and stated to me that they could not have predicted there would be a drainage issue. In fact, he says he can fix it but it will cost us money. We are not willing to give this company a cent to fix the problem they caused through improper work. We relied on their landscaping expertise when we hired them, assuming that as landscapers they would consider drainage. Fixing this problem will now end up costing us. I do not recommend this company.
