The clinic manager Dana Brook was extremely rude and condescending towards my 72 year old mother and myself. She made it very clear that coming out of her office to even speak to us was a bother. Then told her employees that my mother was to blame for the wrong brace being ordered, and when confronted she tried to deny what she said, despite it being heard quite clearly by us. My mother was very upset after this visit, and I don’t blame. No senior citizen deserves to be treated like this. The only redeeming point would be that most customers will never have to deal with her. I’m certain she does very little to interact with her annoying customers and leaves the menial task of dealing with people to her employees
