While travelling Pearson airport security removed my machine from my carryon without telling me. When I arrived at my destination I realized only the tubing had been returned to my bag. Three days later the machine still hadn’t turned up at lost and found. I am going to be out of the country for three and a half months so reluctantly was prepared to purchase a new machine and have a friend travelling a few days later bring it to me. Royal Pro resp offered to loan me a unit free of charge until I return home. I can’t stress enough how grateful I am to Royal for this kind gesture. That is customer service and beyond.
