Photo Gift World

This company has been advertising on their website that clients will receive their purchases before December 24, IF the order is placed before a specified date. This year it was December 14, 2014. This is the second year now that I have had a problem with this company. BOTH times my orders have come in LATE. I have shown up to family Christmas dinners with NO GIFT to give. I travel far away to see my families, and am not able to just hand it over to them when it is ready. Shame on me for going back to them this year. I thought their idea of being able to place your photos on many different items and making the gift more personal for the gift receiver was a great idea. I will go with a different company next year. It is now December 31, 2014, and I have not received my order. I am beginning to assume I was robbed...They are not picking up their phone. It rings and then goes to dial tone. I have called multiple No one has notified me as to HOW late my order will be..*MAX. CHARACTERS-THERE IS MORE BUT NO SPACE
