On Sept.23,/16 at around 8:45 am we were proceeding from Rossland west bound on highway 3B when we and the vehicle in front of us was overtaken by a small white car with Beep Beep Driving School on the side of the vehicle and a male driver. Does he not know the speed limit is 100 kph and he was exceeding that speed, plus why was a Red L displayed on the back with no new driver behind the wheel. Poor judgement in my opinion on his behalf.
