On time Floor Sanding

This guy is a total crook and a hustler. I was lucky I didnt get the job done from him. I would ask people to be cautious and extremely careful, do NOT hire him. Kevin came in and gave me a great quote. He kept saying I have really horrible floors and hard to sand and I actually live in one of the best areas around windsor. He asked if he should come the next day to show how the stain looks on my floor, I agreed. He came the next day, without asking he went ahead and sanded almost the whole first two stairs of my house. Right after his attitude changed all of a sudden after ruining my floor. And started showing attitude. Packed up everything really fast and right before leaving said he doesnt know if he wants to do this job. I took pictures of everything while he was there, including him ruining my floors. He messaged later saying he would'nt be doing my floor and only way he will do it if I give him all the money up front in CASH and keys to my house. Needless to say, stay farr away!
