First off I want to say my positive experience with this company. Very friendly and polite. Next I want to add the negative. The communication was terrible. I was given an estimated installation date and the installation took place 4 weeks following that estimated time. No call to confirm the date for job, just showed up to work. When these guys were done for the day after 3 hrs of work they did not communicate they were done for the day just stated going for lunch and I would wait around only to find out they were coming back the following day. One day they said they would be there nobody showed. Felt like my time was wasted and invaluable to this company. Lastly upon "finishing" the job I had a grout mess to clean and I was informed the go ahead to paint. When I did start painting there was still bumpy plaster on my walls which I didn't notice till the paint covered the mess. Now my paint job looks terrible. I was also told to go buy grout sealer and apply with a toothbrush myself.
