Renmark offers investor relations services to small, medium, and large capitalization public companies traded on all North American exchanges. The company provides corporate information through press releases, financial statements, and corporate presentations. It also offers media relations services including media coverage, monitoring, and press release dissemination.
Founded in 1999 by Henri Perron, Renmark Financial Communications was born of a simple idea: That an investor relations company with strong, ongoing, long-term relationships within the North American financial community would be a tremendous benefit to public companies who don't already have solid relationships with tens of thousands of financial professionals on both sides of the border, or the infrastructure in place to handle communication and information dissemination on such a massive scale. Having worked for many years in an internal IR position for a forestry products company, Mr. Perron realized there was an unmet need in the industry, a distinct lack of an external firm that could provide objective IR information to shareholders for a variety of public companies, a firm that could also deliver the important and evolving stories of those same companies into the ears of the most desired and appropriate audiences in the North American financial world.
