I had the worst driver I have ever had the displeasure of being trapped in a vehicle with. He was rude and drove without any care, not signaling and turning in 1 1/2 lanes. He made me extremely uncomfortable as I tried to make friendly conversation upon entering the vehicle. I didn’t get a chance to cal the company directly after as I was on my way to work but called after my shift was over. I wish I had gotten the dispatchers name I taked to but she was EVEN WORSE than the driver. Instead of professionally and calmly letting me know that since I didn’t have the cab # she couldn’t do anything, she continuously cut me off and shouted at me. I asked if she could leave a note or anything or if there was a supervisor or a customer service line but she literally yelled over the phone that “I’m done at 12 and going home.” I’ve worked in the driving industry and customer service and I’m so shocked that employees think they can treat customers this way.
