They could not care less about satisfying their customers. It takes weeks to get them to fix their amateur grout work that they do. I also asked for a quote for new flooring and installation 3 months and 3 phone calls ago still nothing. I spoke with Jeff today and he is their National sales person who is the most difficult person to deal with. They obviously don't want new business so I strongly suggest you DONT USE this company for your flooring as you will have nothing but headaches trying to get them to do work for you.
