11/10 stars, Don Hamilton is a great guy, really nice, great customer service, I actually signed up for this site just to counteract the other negative review the other person left, I have NO IDEA what the negative reviewer is talking about, must have a personal grudge or chip on their shoulder! First time home owner, moved into a brand new trailer on it's own lot, my water is very irony, Don came out, did a free water test, explained to me what I needed and explained why, left me with my options, didn't force me to buy anything, let me decide, and then came out, delivered it, set it up and installed it for the purchase price. Did a thorough walkthrough with me, explained how everything worked, explained even further how to tear into it to clean it and do some more complex maintenance on it, (this is something the other guys don't do!) and even came back (free of charge) when I goofed up taking it apart. I highly recommend Don, he made me feel like it was a more personalized experience for me!
