Rhumba

Bought a sweater and first time wearing it noticed the seam was not stitched. Took it back with the receipt for $79.99 to exchange it. Now the sweater was on sale for half price and the manager refused to refund the difference. She could have refunded the total cost since the sweater was defective and I should have been able to purchase it at the sale price. She had terrible customer service skills and I will not go back but will try to contact the owner. And unfortunately I did buy something else there and hope that it isn't defective. This store in Stratford needs a better manager. She would never work for me.
