The customer service I had was really bad. They made me pay 111$ to cancel a membership that I didn't even know that I had. I thought I had a free trial and when I tried to explain that to a manager they were taking me as a liyer and they didn't even try to fix the problem. All they were saying is that I had my signature on a contract and they can't do anything about it. I don't even have a copy of the contract and the person with who I signed up for the free membership didn't explain any of this to me.This is the worst customer service experience that I ever had
