This integrative approach assists clients in becoming more comfortable with their inner experience and engaging more deeply with their personal values and life directions. It promotes integration of emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and physical self. Clients also find that as the relationship with one’s self improves, there is a deepening of satisfaction in one’s relationship with others.
