The service department motto must be "ignore the customer long enough and they will go away". After four phone calls and a visit with a detailed list of parts I needed to be ordered and installed, I was led on to believe that the service department would be able to meet my needs. Ten days wasted thinking these people are serious. Not a return call after all the reassurance that they would provide service. Gave up on service at Orleans RV, made a call to another dealer and had things set in three buissness days. If business is built on service, good luck .
