It looks like a fake number or fake business. I have received a call from this number asking me that I have a package for my daughter from Health Canada please give my address or I can fetch from Post Office near my home. First of all how it is possible that health Canada does not have my daughter address and second I called post office to know if they have any package they said no they don't have any package for her.
