DeCastris and Xplornet misrepresent their internet service. After 3 years, I discovered that my "high speed" connection was no faster than dial up most of the time. It is their policy to provide occassional high speed, most of the time speed is dramatically reduced, and uploads are at 18kbps which times out on youtube and facebook. When confronted, I was informemd of their policies and procedures and if I wanted to sign a contract for 2 years, they would connect us to the "new system" and should get faster internet. NO THANKS.
