I had a very simple job that needed attention.....check my toilet and possibly change the seal. At the initial call I was told the plumber would call me. After a week waiting for a call , I phoned again. The business was not open, so I asked them to please return my call. I’m still waiting..... I called another plumber who called me back at the end of his work day and immediately made arrangements to come and help. Even though the job was small, a simple courtesy call would have been appreciated. I will not recommend Purdy Plumbing.
