Worst service ever! Phoned Thursday to confirm for Saturday. Phoned Friday top confirm and was told to phone Saturday morning and we did. Pool installer phoned at 3:30 to re-confirm delivery at 5:30. Truck showed up at 6:30pm. Installer was very angry. Truck did not have enough water but could not deliver another load before 9-10pm even though we confirmed many times. At 9:45pm phoned to find out where truck is - told truck broke down. They never phoned us! We told him we needed load by 9am Sunday morning - owner shows up with "new" truck that was not working and he had all kinds of excuses. Took 45 mins to unload. We found out this company over books - terrible and unreliable! Owner is very impolite!
