Wouldn't receive a quote from JEREMY on a product. Kept calling for updates on the quote, finally got an answer from him saying due to conditions they couldn't make the sale. Which is completely fine, as long as I have an explanation, but does not explain as to WHY I NEVER GOT THE COURTESY CALL TO EXPLAIN THEY COULDN'T DO IT INSTEAD OF LEAVING MY HANGING. Because of this terrible customer service, I will never step foot in a Prairie Mobile again. Round of applause for Jeremy guys!!!
