Chose this company for the installation of a new hot water heater because of the promotion on their website, but was charged more after the job was complete. When I called about it, they apologized and said the promotion was outdated but the website hadn't been updated. I felt they should still honor the advertised price but in the end, agreed to accept a refund of half of the over-payment. I was told they would send a cheque but guess what? They never did. This happened well over a year ago and the reason I write now is 1. there is no emotion involved in my review and 2. guess what again? I looked at their website and found another outdated promotion. Seems to be the thing they do, so ask before you commit.
