Dr. Buonassisi saw me within a few days of me breaking my nose. My GP referred me to him, and I was impressed with how quickly he saw me. What was a top priority to me was that he was an ENT (Ear / Nose / Throat) specialist, as I did have a deviated septum as a result of this break. And, of course, I was concerned as to how my formerly straight nose would look and didn't want my looks to change, so that he also specialized in cosmetic/plastics was reassuring. From the get-go, he was friendly, calming and knowledgeable. I had only expected a consult and was amazed to learn that he could fix my nose right there and then in his office. It did catch me a little off-guard as I have a fear of needles and all things "hospital", but within less than an hour of arriving I was walking out of his office all fixed up! I was astonished to learn he was a much-in-demand Dr. noted for his efficient and skillful work, as I got in so quick, and he was so down-to-earth unlike some other specialists I've seen in the past.
