This is the worst electrician imaginable.He improperly installed a ceiling fan and an electric fireplace (plug in non thermostat heater) in my house. he charged me for a permit that he never obtained.He tried to install a thermostat for this heater without knowledge that it could no have a thermostat.He was told to install it in the wall to show no cords and he installed it by putting a hole in the wall beside the fireplace and pulling the cord through and plugging it into a wall outlet.I could've done this with a pocket knife and no knowledge.I had this fixed and installed in wall by qualified electrician and paid him NOT terry lamb .He put a smear on my credit and yet never sued.No wonder, I could've counter sued.Lesson learned get a quote and have him tell you how he does things. You won't like it.
