The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming when you come in. Both locations are clean and tidy, never had issues with that. They kept fixing the equipment quite well compared to other gyms. one big lady in management at the coop Y has been quite rude to me on several locations and this has been a huge turn off as I go to the fairford location more often to avoid putting myself in an incomfortable situation.
