Remorquage Decarie

The towing service was great. The aftermath, not so much. I asked for them to provide me with a receipt. They kindly offered to drop by my house one day to bring it to me. After waiting 3 weeks, I offered to go to their garage to pick it up. They made me wait an hour in their parking lot before calling me to tell me they won't be able to make it, but they will come bring it to my house in about an hour. After waiting two house, I called them to see where they were, and they let me know that they would be at my place shortly. Impatient to get to bed, I called again to ask why they hadn't dropped by yet. They said they were minutes away and would be there in 10 minutes. After waiting an hour, I decided to call them again only to go straight to voicemail. Very unreliable. Very very disappointed, especially after the great service I had received previously.
