I’ve dined at Tinys in CBS starting about a year ago. Was very pleased to find such gem with home comfort food. Lately, not sure if because of the expansion but food has definitely disappointed. So decided to try Topsail. Rd Saturday with four friends. Waitress was very friendly but obviously not trained properly. Gave her benefit of the doubt. She messed up 3 orders and food was underwhelming. We always leave tip but she didn’t even bring back our change and assumed I guess. I love that I found this lovely place last year so please bring back the good food!!
