Probation Services - Provincial

Today I called this number the receptionist is very rude talking down to me I told them I am calling on behalf of my son who is on probation she said they have to call themselves I said im aware of that but he cant as he had a stroke an his face is frozen an he cant talk right ...she cuts me off transfers me over to another line without telling me i just hear a click ...I leave my message ..this kind of rudeness leaves a huge distaste in my being so I call the direct line ask for her supervisor telling her im going to write a letter to report her rudeness that is not the way to deal with the public. She hangs up once again. I call again she hangs up. the date is 210 pm december 12 so they should know who she is I will be hand delivering a letter also .
