I called Anna and she knew that I was in distress of my dog of 20 years old. She said she could be here within the hour and she treated the situation as best as she could the situation..... She was there for me rather than a vets in a cold clinic with no love.... and a bankrupt environment....Thank you for this and for making our life easier for our family and for my dog. Anna was very good. She let us grieve and did what she had to do...it was like we were just saying good bye, without a doctor there...that's what all pet owners want... we love our dog and love the way it happened tonight....well not living saying goodbye, but loved Anna... ..
