NAECKEL'S BILL VACS

This is an AWFUL place to take your vacuum!! I own a cleaning company and made an appointment to drop off 4 Kenmore vacuums. Upon getting there, no one was home even though I made an appointment. He finally came home 20 minutes later. Said he'd call me in a day or two with a quote for the repairs. Didn't hear anything for a week so I text to find out. Said he'd call in a few days once he figured them out. Again, never heard from thin. I text again to ask. The next day he text to say he fixed two of them (without my consent) and gave me a total and that the other two can't be fixed. I tried to make arrangements to go pick them up but was always given an excuse. Finally yesterday after a couple of months I picked up my vacuums. The two that "couldn't be fixed" were in pieces, not even put back together. Very unprofessional and awful way to do run a business!!
