Although I found Lee to do a good job once he actually got it started, I chased him continuously to get it done. At one point he suggested I just have my general contractor do the work which he wasn't comfortable with. When it came to the final touches on the septic system he didn't deliver and told me to do it, because "it was easy". Didn't take ownership and constantly "talked at me" instead of listened to what I wanted and was willing to pay for.
