Maureen Holdings Inc

The apartments owned by Maureen holdings are terribly run. I lived there for a year, there were rodent problems and constant construction going on in the building, so there was construction noise literally shaking the apartments 7 days a week, starting at 8 am. And they will just let themselves into your apartment without giving you notice. Once, my roommate woke up from a nap to find an exterminator in our living room, who the super had let in without our consent or notice. And the Landlord, head of Maureen holdings, Lloyd, does not care about his tenants. When trying to approach him about tenant concerns, he was rude and dismissive, denied the problems that existed in his building. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Terribly experience.
