SHAW CABLE

A shaw sales rep called me to offer a cable package. After explaining I never had cable for years and was not interested, I asked her if I did get the package would I have access to Netflix on my TV. She said no, but told me I would get crave tv included with this package. It was a lie ...crave was not included in the package. It was supposed to be included free for only 1 month - but I was not told that. Based on that I accepted the offer only because crave was included and that reason only, I asked shaw to cancel the cable and remove the cable charges. They refused to remove the charges, but i am not willing to pay for a package that was a bait n switch just to get me to sign up!!
