Terrible, driver tried to rip me off - I offered $10 on a $5.50 fare. The driver claimed he had no change for a $20 bill, then processed the fare via Interac at $10 plus tax, or at $11.50. The driver also left the taxi meter running . The driver pretended he didn't understand me at my offer of $5.50 fare + $4.50 tip. Finally, after several tries, he processed the transaction at $10 total via Interac, including tax and tip (my initial offer). After I was home, I called the company & complained about the attempted fraud, & they said they couldn't document the multiple overcharge attempts. They should be ashamed of themselves for blantant fraud. You should not use, I do not recommend this service . tTere are many other more reputable taxi firms in Toronto
