Mason does not follow up with his customers. He ordered me a part that was supposed to take 2 weeks and it took 29 days for him to get it to me. 2 days before he shipped it out, said he was too busy to send it the day he told me he received it and was too busy to notify me of this. Needless to say, my customer was very angry that we couldn't get these parts when we were promised.
