TERRIBLE ATTITUDE ON THE PHONE. THE GUY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME WHEN I CALLED TO REPORT AN OVERFLOWING COMMERCIAL DUMPSTER WHERE A DOZEN OR MORE CROWS WERE SPREADING IT ALL OVER THE NEIGHBOURHOOD. HE EVEN CLAIMED THAT I HAD THE WRONG NUMBER....I CHECKED AND I DID NOT HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. NONE THE LESS, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
