The construction on Hwy 2 North of Morinville has created a deadly situation, the top layer of pavement has been removed from the drive lanes and now water, ice and snow is building ponds in the drive lanes on the highway. With the shoulders higher than the drive lane cars face the danger of losing control when they hit these deep pools. Why strip at this time of the year and not immediately lay the new paving ? Drainage must be put in ASAP.
